Can your health affect your children?

Can your health affect your children?

I never knew about all of this until I became a father. I knew that my health would play a big factor in how healthy my child would be… yet this is massive.

Can you imagine if we were told this? And even if you weren’t preparing for a baby, you were taught to get in the best shape of your life… the world would be vastly different.

Who's role is it?

Many men think they can’t contribute before their partner becomes pregnant, but there’s so much a man can do. Once their partner is pregnant, they can also play a big role in how the baby is developing within the womb, and after, a bigger role.

It goes both ways, yet women have the biggest role, and we’re given the power to give birth. Again, we were never taught about birth and the most natural way to give birth.

Many people feel concerned about modern health trends and how they may affect fertility and pregnancy. I can’t help but think about why this feels more common today.

Health factors

There are many factors… the food we eat, the music we listen to, our habits, how much sunlight we’re getting, how much we’re grounding ourselves, how many endocrine disruptors we have in our homes, how much we’re exercising, what water and drinks we’re consuming, how much blue light exposure we’re receiving, how much time and energy we put into ourselves, how much we’re detoxifying, and so on. It shouldn’t be this way, but it is because the structure in place isn’t designed for a thriving human race.

There’s fast food, GMO food, chemicals in most water, plastic galore, and I could list so many more things. Overall, what really makes us thrive isn’t taught or readily available.

Many can have a child, and the child will have a great life, yet not all children will grow up thriving. It’s a sad truth, and many of the youth are placed in front of screens, being told to be quiet when they scream, not taught about the real world, eating forever chemicals, drinking dead water, and so on.

Conclusion

We must be aware of what’s truly around us, and thrive on another level. Because life is only going to get more wild, to thrive, we need to rise.
