Do these 10 things, to Improve your Fitness
1. Make a change; it’s that simple. Many just become lazy. The world we live in is designed for disconnection; it doesn’t align with our roots. We’ve forgotten our true potential and grown too comfortable with what is perceived as normal.
2. Engage in Sprinting/Interval Training to maintain cardiovascular growth. Train it every two days through activities like swimming, cycling, running (preferably on grass or sand), rowing—anything that activates your lungs and cardiovascular system; doing this every two days offers growth to our cardiovascular system.
3. Discover balance in strength, flexibility, and mobility through weighted training, body-weight exercises, yoga, mobility techniques, and dance—anything that strengthens, lengthens, and opens you up. Assess your flexibility; does it match your mobility and strength? Achieve balance by dedicating yourself to your well-being.
4. Eat clean by avoiding sprayed or GMO foods. Purchase spring water, distilled water, reverse osmosis, or a kangen machine over tap water. A key to your health is shaped by what you eat and drink; invest wisely.
5. Establish a routine and set an intention. Embrace a daily practice and connect with your vision. Resist external pulls and prioritize yourself. Rise in energy, be pure in soul, and share your passion.
6. Expose yourself to cold water, ice baths, the sun, and saunas. A rising cold shower sets the tone, bringing you into awareness and igniting consciousness. This discipline permeates into everything you do. Strengthen your mind, cleanse your vessel, and align with a greater timeline in this dream.
7. Be eager and hungry for your goals; the only obstacle is you. Once you begin, don’t stop. Plan before you start; thorough preparation yields better outcomes.
8. Be grateful for where you are, believe that you can shift for the better and work within what’s in front of you; presence and gratitude goes a long way.
9. Breathe through your nose; refrain from constant mouth breathing.
10. Move consciously and sit with awareness everyday; place time aside for you.
